We’re excited to announce an open call for cancer warriors (patients, survivors, or caregivers) with design talent to create a token design that embodies the resilience and unity of those battling cancer. This initiative offers a historic opportunity to shape a global movement, but it comes with risks inherent to meme coins, including volatility and speculative hype. By integrating robust protective measures inspired by CancerCareCoin’s ecosystem, we aim to safeguard the token’s value and ensure its lasting impact (Hogden et al., 2023).
The Vision: Art with Purpose
We seek a bold design featuring one cancer warrior (patient or survivor) and one caregiver, symbolizing their shared battle. Your background canvas can evoke hope—an open field, a futuristic hospital, or a cosmic planetary system representing healing and innovation. The winning design will appear on CancerCareCoin’s blockchain, marketing campaigns, and an animated NFT, sharing your story globally. The winner receives 800,000 tokens (0.08% of the 1 billion token supply, valued at ~$800 at a $1M market cap), a Cancer Award, and recognition at our July 2025 launch (CancerCareCoin, 2025).
The Opportunity: Rewards and Recognition
The winning designer’s work will be minted as an animated NFT, paired with a 500-word story about their cancer journey. The 800,000-token reward holds significant potential: valued at ~$800 at a $1M market cap, it could grow 4x to $3,200 at a $4M cap or 40x to $8,000 at a $10M cap by 2027. This echoes the meteoric rises of meme coins like Dogecoin (12,000% gains in 2021) or Shiba Inu ($1,000 to $500M at its peak) (Patel et al., 2021). CancerCareCoin’s allocations—15% for research, 8% for Warrior Awards, and 5% for VR headsets—drive adoption by tying the token to real-world impact.

Design Guidelines
Theme: One warrior (patient/survivor) and one caregiver, united. Backgrounds can range from hopeful fields to cosmic vistas.
Representation: Reflect cancer’s global impact across all demographics.
Format: High-resolution PNG/JPEG (1000x1000px). Animated versions will be developed for marketing.
Style: Vibrant, bold, and emotionally resonant, ideal for a meme coin.
Submission Process
By June 8, 2025: Submit a 500-character insight into how art has influenced your cancer journey. Complete the form below (no artwork required at this stage).
By June 15, 2025: Top 15 shortlisted designers, chosen for compelling stories, will be emailed to submit artwork and a 500-word story.
By June 28, 2025: Final artwork and story submissions due.
July 7, 2025: Winner announced, receiving a Cancer Award in the shape of a personalized, animated NFT - along with their 800,000 token allocation.
